Custom Badge Terms & Conditions

This Agreement applies to any and all artwork, illustration(s), image(s), graphics, digital assets, digital images, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property created by, owned by, or controlled by You – “The Customer” and supplied to or for The LGP Group (dba The Food Explorer Club App). All images, rights, licenses, and property rights relating to the artwork, illustration(s), image(s), graphics, digital assets, digital images, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property shall be deemed transferred without restriction to The LGP Group. This license provides The LGP Group with the right to reproduce, publicly display, use in any fashion, and distribute the artwork, illustration(s), image(s), graphics, digital assets, digital images, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property as The LGP Group deems appropriate. All claims asserted by either party related to or concerning any and all artwork, illustration(s), image(s), graphics, digital assets, digital images, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property created by, owned by, or controlled by “The Customer” and supplied to or for The LGP Group shall be exclusively governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Any claim or litigation arising out of this Agreement or its performance, or otherwise, may be commenced only in courts physically located in Alabama, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that both parties waive any and all rights to assert such claim or litigation as a class action, whether pursuant to Rule 23 of the federal or Alabama rules of civil procedure, or otherwise. The LGP Group reserves the right to remove any artwork provided by “The Customer” at any time from its app platform without notice.
